Dear Vincenzo,

My husband and I have just returned home from our Cruise and wanted to send a brief email to you with regards to our fabulous tour of Rome arranged by your company.

We were very satisfied with all aspects of the tour and had a fantastic day. In particular our driver, was excellent.

He arrived to pick us up exactly on time and greeted us in a very polite and warm manner.

The vehicle was comfortable, suitable for my wheelchair and he drove carefully with consideration for his passengers, especially over the sometimes bumpy Italian roads!

We were able to see the Vatican Museums, including the Sistine Chapel, the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and the Colosseum.

We also had time to stop for some lunch!

When traveling between each place, and he told us lots of interesting information about the city.

He also ensured we had cold water to drink which was much appreciated as the temperature was in the high 30s.

Overall, we had a wonderful day in Rome and my husband really wants to return so that we can give it the time that such a beautiful city deserves.

Thank you very much for arranging our tour to such a high standard. We would definitely recommend it to others and would use your company again ourselves.
