Thanks for you e-mail, apologies for not replying sooner, however at long last we have made time to let you know how much we all enjoyed our holiday in Italy.
Thanks to all your hard work organizing everything at your end.
This holiday was a long time in planning we sent you our list of ideas.
You returned your recommendations and after several e-mails to and from we eventually agreed upon a excellent itinerary for Joseph.
Due to your patience and hard work everything went smoothly, we did not have to worry about anything.
We especially liked the excellent train service you organised for our trips to Naples and Florence.
Joseph loved being pampered in the First class carriage complete with coffee and cookies.
The Sala blue service ( for travelers with special needs ) exceeded our expectations, they did a great job!
The Hotel LR02 in Rome was very good.
We managed very well using the special electric bed and the commode chair that you organised for Joe's holiday.
We slept well and enjoyed a good breakfast before each day trip to see the sites!
It was very comforting to be in touch with you either by phone or in person from when you met us at the Rome Fiumicino Airport, and throughout the rest of the holiday.
We must mention the transport that you laid on for us.
The Minibuses and Drivers were all very good and each bus had a tail lift for Joseph's chair and comfortable seats for the rest of us.
Each Driver had a thorough knowledge of their city, although our Naples Driver got to Herculaneum after the last tickets had been sold for the day.
As disappointing as this was he quickly found somewhere else for us to visit.
By the time we returned to our hotel, you had already been in touch with the driver to see how the day had gone and found out about our problem.
So when we heard from you, you were offering us a solution to overcome the disappointment.
All the drivers gave us a very good tour of all the places we wanted to see plus inside knowledge of the best restaurants, we ate very well.
In addition to thanking you, Vincenzo we would also like to make special mention of our Rome driver.
As a young man working for himself, he has an ideal approach to work.
He was always polite and courteous, he was always on time, and nothing was too much trouble.
Constantly went out of his way to make sure we had a good time, we cannot recommend him enough!!!
Thanks again Vincenzo, to sum up our holiday we would like to say, as they do in Australia NO WORRIES MATE.
